Poison spiders can be found deep in the Barbarian dungeon. Donator members with 80 Agility can immediately cross the shortcut near the entrance to reach them.
They are generally killed for Red spiders' eggs that are used with the Herblore skill for making restore potions. They're also fairly good for combat experience as they are aggressive and don't hit so hard as long as the player carries antipoison potions.

Be aware that the area they are located in a multi combat zone, so multiple spiders can attack you at once and deal quite some damage.
