Poison spiders can be found deep in the Barbarian dungeon, Lava Maze Underground and north of the Red Dragon Isle. People with with 65 Agility can immediately cross the shortcut near the entrance to reach them.

They are generally killed for Red spiders' eggs that are used with the Herblore skill for making Super restore potions. They're also fairly good for combat experience as they are aggressive and don't hit so hard as long as the player carries an Antipoison or Super antipoison.

Be aware that the area they are located in a multi combat zone, so multiple spiders can attack you at once and deal quite some damage.

Weakness

Poison spider is weak to any fire type of damage and players will benefit from a 50% accuracy boost if they attack Poison spider with proper damage type.
