It is one of the few bosses that can be assigned to the player as a [[Slayer#Duradel and very hard Slayer tasks|slayer task]] by [[Duradel]]. It resides in the very last room on the top floor of the [[Slayer tower]], just past the [[Abyssal demon]]s. The player will need a [[Tower key]] or at least 40 [[Agility]] in order to climb the spiky chains in the tower to reach {{PAGENAME}}'s room. Unlike most of the Slayer tower, {{PAGENAME}}'s room is a multi-target area.
