Infernal mages are one of the various slayer monsters found in Emps-World. They can be assigned to the player as a slayer task by Mazchna and Vannaka. Infernal mages can be found on the second floor of the Slayer tower, located next to the Cockatrice. Players can climb the spiky chain on the first floor of the tower to reach them quicker but will need 40 Agility and an active membership to do so.

Mechanics

Infernal mages utilize two different magic attacks against the player. The first is a standard magic attack resembling the magic dart spell, while the second is a weak version of the entangle spell which binds the player in place for 6 seconds.

After completing Superior creatures quest, players can talk to Shenven slayer master to allow superior slayer monsters randomly appear during your task. During basilisk task, you can encounter Frigid mage.
