Aberrant spectres are one of the various slayer monsters found in Emps-World. They require 60 Slayer in order to be attacked. They can be assigned to the player as a slayer task by Vannaka and Duradel. Aberrant spectres can be found within the Smoke dungeon, located past the Fire giants surrounding and inside a room containing the Burnt chest. Players who wish to fight them will have to equip a Facemask or a Regular or Full slayer helmet inside the dungeon order to survive the dungeon's deadly smoke. Be aware, face mask wont protect you from terrible smell of abberant spectre. Players will be constantly hit by the smell on each magic cast [5-10] unless you wear Slayer helmet or Full slayer helmet

After completing Superior creatures quest, players can talk to Shenven slayer master to allow superior slayer monsters randomly appear during your task. During aberrant spectre task, you can encounter Toxic spectre.

Weakness

Aberrant spectre is weak to any air type of damage and players will benefit from a 50% accuracy boost if they attack Aberrant spectre with proper damage type. It is also considered an undead monster which makes it immune to rot and poison type of damage but vulnerable to the salve amulet and undead slayer aura effects.
