You have a Slayer helmet.

The Slayer helmet grants the wearer 15% damage and accuracy bonus against their assigned slayer monster with melee. It is also capable of defending the wearer from smoke poisoning in the Smoke dungeon and defends wearer from various slayer monsters Wall beast, Aberrant spectre, Dust devil, Banshee, Gorak and Mutant tarn. Additionally, players can use the operate option while wearing it to see how many slayer monsters are left on their current slayer task. The Slayer helmet only requires 55 Slayer to equip. Players used to have to be level 50 in all melee stats but that was changed to help out with the pures trying to do slayer. Now, Slayer helmet stats will scale up to full potential with a player's level up to 50. Once worn, a player can operate the Slayer helmet from the equipment tab to see his current task and how many monsters are left.

You can purchase the slayer helmet recipe from the Slayer point exchange for 5,000 Slayer points. The Slayer point exchange can be accessed by talking to any of the Slayer masters.

To create a Slayer helmet you will to use any of the required components on any item in the following list: Black mask, Enchanted gem, Spiny helmet, Nose peg, Earmuffs and Facemask. You need a Crafting level 55 to create a Slayer helmet. This action gives you 440 Crafting experience.
