Poison Spiders are poisonous spiders found in the Barbarian dungeon. They are generally killed for Red spiders' eggs that are used with the Herblore skill. They're also fairly good for combat experience as they are agressive and don't hit so hard as long as the player carries antipotions.

You need level 80 agility to use the shortcut next to them.
