Completionist cape is an upgraded version of Max cape. It can be obtained from the top floor of Varrock museum after the player has completed the following requirements:

All skills 99
One skill max experience points
All quests completed
Every boss killed 100 times
Every dungeons completed 50 times
Kolodion killed 25 times
50 Emps-Wars rounds completed
50 Pest control rounds completed
Chop down 25 evil trees
100 Elite Clue scrolls completed
25% of the collection log completed
100 Barrows chests opened
200 songs unlocked
300 Karamja agility arena dispensers ticked
150 Daily tasks completed
30,000 Blood coins received
20,000 Warriors' guild tokens received
5,000 Stardust mined
Fight Caves normal & hard mode completed.
Toolbelt fully upgraded

Max cape can be made to display the progress on these requirements.

The Completionist cape can be fused with a lava cape through the invention skill to gain some perks and better stats depending of which type of lava cape you merge it with resulting into a completionist lava cape.
