Cave horrors are one of the various slayer monsters found in Emps-World. They require 58 Slayer in order to be attacked. They can be assigned to the player as a slayer task by Jossik, Vannaka, and Mazchna. Cave horrors can be found within the Rellekka slayer dungeon, located past the Bloodveld in a room right before the Ankou. Players can jump across the chasm leading to them to reach them quicker but will need 40 Agility. Player will need a Witchwood icon to prevent any extra damage from Cave horror.
