Electryael Is one of the Superior slayer monsters that can appear randomly, only while on Nechryael slayer task after you complete Superior creatures quest. Electryael will stun players with every 2nd attack for 1 second and deal 3-7 damage each time. Insulated boots Prevents that from happening. Just like Nechryaels, Electryael will spawn 2 Electric spawn's, which will assist Electryael during combat. Be advised as they will hit player with magic damage which can be up to 10 damage per cast.
