Completionist cape is an upgraded version of Max cape. It can be obtained from the top floor of Varrock museum after the player has completed the following requirements:
- All skills 99
- One skill max experience points
- All quests completed
- Every boss killed 100 times
- Jad killed 5 times
- Kolodion killed 25 times
- 100 Emps-Wars rounds completed
- 100 Pest control rounds completed
- 100 Elite Clue scrolls completed
- 100 Barrows chests opened
- 200 songs unlocked
- 300 Karamja agility arena dispensers ticked
- 150 Daily tasks completed
- 30,000 Blood coins received
- 20,000 Warriors' guild tokens received
- 5,000 Stardust mined
- Fight Caves normal & hard mode completed.
Max cape can be made to display the progress on these requirements. Completionist cape can be upgraded with the invention skill gain some perks and better stats with the help of any Lava capes.
