The Rune scimitar requires an attack level of 40 to wield. It can be obtained as a drop from various monsters. Players can purchase one for 26,488 coins in Zeke's Scimitars shop located in Al-Kharid or in the weapon shop located in Barbarian village. It can also be made by using the smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 90 and 2 rune bars and will grant 1,120 smithing experience.
