Zamorak brews can be made by combining a Torstol potion (unf) and Jangerberries. This requires a Herblore level of 83 and will grant 855 experience.
When drinking a Zamorak brew you will heal an amount of Hitpoints depending on your own Hitpoints level, up to 16 at 99 Hitpoints per sip. Your Strength and maximum Hitpoints level will also be temporarily increased depending on their level, up to 123 strength and 115 hitpoints at levels 99. However, there is a downside to Zamorak brews as well: Attack, Defence, Range and Magic will be decreased by 5% per sip.
Many players prefer using Zamorak brew over the Super strength potion because of the superior strength boost. You can use Super melee potions, other super potions, Super restore potions or Overloads to make up for the Zamorak brews' side effect. Zamorak brews are, together with Saradomin brews, considered the best food in game as they heal up for a total of 64 HP per inventory spot at level 99 Hitpoints.
