Zamorak brew

When drinking a Zamorak brew you will gain a Strength level bonus based on your strength level, capping at 123 with 99 strength. The potion does have a downside, it lowers your attack and defence based on your attack and defence levels. This effect caps at 87 attack and defence. Many players prefer using Zamorak brew over the Super strength potion because of the superior strength boost. If you are worried about the defence and attack effect you can simply take a sip of an Super attack potion and a Super defence potion to boost the stats up to 118.

Zamorak brews can be made by combining a Torstol potion (unf) and Jangerberries. This requires a Herblore level of 90 and will grant 1195 experience.
