Banshees are Slayer monsters, with a slayer level requirement, so only members can kill them. They are located on the second floor of Slayer tower. Players with high enough agility level can climb the chain near Kurasks to get up to the second floor. From there you need to run back through the doors, You'll find Banshees after Cockatrices. If you don't have agility high enough, you can run through the first floor, and at the end you'll find a staircase which will take You to Banshees.
