Tstanon Karlak is one of the 3 Guardians that assist K'ril Tsutsaroth when players decide to challenge him. Tstanon Karlak will attack with melee attacks and has the same drops as the other 2 guardians.

K'ril Tsutsaroth and his guardians can be found in the Godwars dungeon. The protection from melee Prayer is strongly advised when fighting them as both K'ril Tsutsaroth and Tstanon Karlak's attacks can hit very high.

As well as being a guardian for K'ril Tsutsaroth, Tstanon Karlak is also one of the protectors of the Smoke Demon Champion and is found in the Smoke dungeon, you will however need a Steel key ring and active Membership to get to him and the Smoke Demon Champion.
