The Void knight helmets are pieces of the Void knight armour and the the Elite void knight armour. They can be obtained as a reward from the Pest control minigame, each costing 1,546 pest-tokens. The helmets require 45 Defence along with 45 in their intended Combat skills to equip.
There are three helmets:
