Promethium arrowtips are dropped by Lucien Van Rot and his minions in the Rot cave.
Promethium arrowtips are used for the Fletching skill to make Promethium arrows at level 91 Fletching. They can be made by smithing 2 Promethium bar for each 200 Promethium arrowtips at 89 Smithing, yielding 2.260 Smithing experience. Attach them to Headless arrows to make arrows, requiring 91 Fletching and granting 555 Fletching experience per 45 arrows made.
