Promethium bar

The Promethium bar is the product of smelting 1 Promethium ore and 6 Silver ores at a Furnace. This process requires 89 Smithing and gives player 620 Smithing experience. They can also be made by using the Superheat Item spell which requires 43 Magic and grants an additional 120 magic experience. Promethium bar can be used to smith Promethium equipment.

Be advised that smithing this type of equipment require more bars than other types of Bars.
