The Max cape can be bought and worn when a player has achieved level 99 in all Skills. It can be bought from Thessalia in Varrock, it costs 3,309,571 coins, max hood has to be bought seperately. In terms of bonuses it's the best in slot cape for melee, it also has the ability of the Ava's accumulator to conserve arrows when ranging.
Players can also use the skillcape emote, which turns the player into a dragon which then flies up in the air.

Trivia
- Max cape is the item with the highest requirements to wear
- As of October 1st 2017 a total of 71 accounts have the requirements to wear the cape
- Upon the release of the hunter skill the cape didn't require 99 hunter to wear, this was changed the next update
- Upon the release of the construction skill the cape did require 99 construction to wear, causing a lot of people to not be able to wear their max cape
- When doing the emote, there is a 50% chance your dragon will become gold instead of the normal black
- The max cape emote is the only emote that requires an open space for it to be usable.
