The Void melee helm is obtainable from the Pest control minigame. It costs 1546 pest-tokens and requires level 75 Attack, level 45 Strength and level 45 Defence to equip. If you have the full set (Helm, top, robe and gloves) equipped you will gain +30% accuracy and +9% damage.
