Highwaymans can be found patrolling the roads south of Falador and on the way to Burthorpe. They are not so strong and have only 10 Hitpoints. Prior to an update that made them non-aggressive, they used to attack any player that comes close to them, which made them a danger for skillers and low leveled players.
