Crafting

Crafting is used by players to create useful armour and jewelry, which can be enchanted. Other minor items can also be crafted which may also be of some use in Emps-World. Like all other skills, crafting is available to every player.

To boost Crafting experience, players can wear Family gauntlets to gain an extra 5% experience. There is currently no means to boost your Crafting level temporarily.

Gems

Gems can be obtained in several ways; drops from certain Monsters, mined from the Shooting star distraction, by stealing from a gem stall or by mining Gem rocks (up to Dragonstone only) at the Island of Neitiznot.

A gem requires a certain Crafting level, a Chisel to cut. All gems can be cut twice (except opal), giving the same crafting experience again, to be cut into 15 bolttips.

Jewellery and bolt tips

A list of all jewellery and bolttips you can craft. To craft jewellery you will need a Gold bar, a cut gem and the correct mould from the Crafting shop. You will need to attach a Ball of wool to a created amulet to be able to wear and enchant it.

The bolt tips can be used to put on metal bolts and they can also be enchanted for additional effects, see more about this at the Fletching page.

Leather and dragonhide

To craft cowhide, snakeskin and dragonhide, you first need to tan it at Ellis in Al-Kharid. You need a Needle and some Thread to make it, get it from the Crafting shop. Use the needle on the tanned hide to get a craft menu.
