Runecrafting staff is made by using 2 Silver bar on a furnace whilst also having an Runecrafting staff mould in the inventory. Doing so requires a Crafting level of 51 and gives 360 experience when made.
The Runecrafting staff can be combined with any talisman, except Soul talisman, creating a Talisman staff.
