Spinolyps can be found in the Dagannoth king layer of the Dagannoth cave, which can be entered by climbing down the ladder at the eastern side of the cave. They don't drop anything and deal significant poison damage. Players should either kill them or bring means of poison protection when fighting the Dagannoth kings.
