Blood bamish snails can be found in a swamp west of Barrows. They can be reached by talking to Ghost captain in Falador, teleporting to Barrows from Canifis and running west through Mort'ton.
Blood bamish snails are combat level 10 and have 20 Hitpoints. When killed they drop a red Snelm.
The snails either have a round or a pointy shell, this will determine whether the snelm as drop will be round or pointy.
