The Rune scimitar requires an Attack level of 40 to wield. It can be obtained as a drop from various Monsters. It can be purchased for 26,488 coins in Zeke's Scimitars shop located in Al-Kharid. It can also be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 90 and 2 Rune bars and will grant 1,120 smithing experience.
