The Void melee helm is obtainable from the Pest control minigame. It costs 1546 pest-tokens and requires level 45 Attack, level 45 Strength and level 45 Defence to equip.

Having the full void set (Void helm, Void knight top, Void knight robe, Void knight gloves) equipped you will either gain +15% or 30% accuracy bonus and +9% strength bonus, depending on if you have a regular void set or an elite void set equipped.
