Canifis is currently the only active city located in the Morytania region of Emps-World. You can reach it by talking to the Ghost captain in the Wilderness or in Falador park.
You can also reach it using the Canifis teleport on your Ancient spellbook.
Canifis is infested with Werewolves. Most of them appear human, but when you attack them they will transform into werewolves and attack you. Many players train on these or gather useful resources from them.
