Rest in Pieces

Rest in pieces is a free-to-play quest in Emps-World. To do this quest you will need a spade, and be able to kill a ghost.

Start

You start off this quest by talking to a villager in Canifis. You can get to Canifis by talking to the Ghost captain in Falador park or by using the Senntisten teleport from the Ancient spellbook.

The villagers in Canifis will tell that Dr Fenkenstrain needs help. You will have to find Dr Fenkenstrain in his castle that is located north-east of Canifis. Talk to him and he will tell you that body parts of his experiment have been stolen and you should help him find them. Select the yes-option to continue the quest. He will give you hints where the body parts (torso, arms, legs, head and the brain) are probably hidden.

Walkthrough

Take a Ghostspeak amulet in the cupboard of his garden and wear it. Then proceed to walk east towards Port Phasmatys. Talk to the villagers in the Port and they will give you hints where the body parts are hidden :

  • The torso is buried in a grave in the swamp just west of Port Phasmatys. Right click the grave and choose the option dig.
  • The head is hidden in a shipwreck just east of Fenkenstrain's Castle. Climb up the ladder and search the chest in the captain's quarters. A ghost will appear, kill it and you will receive the head.
  • The arms are hidden in the tavern at Port Phasmatys. Go down the trapdoor and keep going down the steps. You will find the arms laying on the ground.
  • The legs are found in a house in the northern part of Port Phasmatys. The house is marked with a quest icon on your minimap.
  • The brain can be obtained in the tavern at Canifis. Climb up the staircase and talk to the thief.

Now that you have gathered all 5 pieces return to Dr Fenkenstrain and he will tell you that you have helped him revive a zombie lord from the death. Wait a minute and talk to Lord Rologarth, he will thank you for your help and give you your reward.
