Ahrim's hood is one of the various barrows items that is obtainable from the Barrows Brothers minigame. It is one of the pieces of Ahrim's robe set. The hood requires 70 defence and magic to be equipped.

Ahrim's hood, like all barrows items, is a degradable armour and will gradually degrade into a broken state while used in combat, possessing 4 hours and 10 minutes. Possessing 4 stage, the Ahrim's hood can last for 16 hours and 40 minutes of combat time. It is only tradable when it is completely full of charges or completely broken. If the user dies and drops the Ahrim's hood, the broken version will be dropped. In pvp, the repaired version will be dropped. The Ahrim's hood can be repaired by Bob at any state for a coin fee of up to 180,000 gp, depending on how many charges missing. Players may also repair it at a repair bench in a player-owned house for a reduced fee of up to 154,800 gp.

Set effect

Ahrim's hood, when equipped with the rest of the set, will activate Ahrim's set effect. The set effect increases the strength or duration of spell effects by 25%. This however will not increase the duration of teleblock.
