Bloodworms are large leech-like creatures that can be found dwelling underneath the catacombs of the Barrow Brothers minigame. They act as an obstacle for players who are looking to claim their rewards from the reward chest.
They are almost entirely ignored due to their lack of drops.
Bloodworms are aggressive to all players, regardless of their combat level.
