When drinking a Super ranging potion your Range level will be temporarily increased by 10% plus 3. The boost will gradually wear out and your range level will return to its original level. Ranging potions are often used when doing PvM or Minigames because they increase your range accuracy and maxhit. Players doing PvP with range will prefer to use ranging potions as well.
Ranging potions can be made by combining a Wine of zamorak and a Dwarf weed potion (unf). This requires a Herblore level of 80 and will grant 795 experience.
