Rocktail can be obtained by cooking Raw rocktail, which requires level 90 Cooking and grants 1,782 experience per fish. They can also be obtained as a drop from Monsters.
Rocktail heal 25 hitpoint and increase max hitpoint level by 25 when consumed, up to a maximum of 124 at level 99 Hitpoints. The overheal effect is temporary and fades away over time.
