Lvl-2 Enchant
The Lvl-2 Enchant is a spell from the Normal spellbook available at level 27 Magic that can enchant any item containing a emerald gem by using 1 Cosmic rune and 3 Air runes. These items are usually made by Crafting. The jewellery will generally get special effects afterwards.
