Desert devil fur is obtained from looting a caught Desert devil while tracking, which requires 33 Hunter and active membership. When you have 4 Desert devil furs, you can bring them to Thessalia, located near Varrock square. She will craft them into a Desert camo set for you at the cost of 400 coins.
