Black dragon scale dust can be created by using a Pestle and mortar on a Black dragon scale. You can obtain a Black dragon scale as a drop from King black dragons and KBD (HM) and you can buy a Pestle and mortar for 3 coins in any General store. The dragon scale dust is only used to make Super antifire potions.
