You told me about this before as I was unaware of this drastic change in EXP. Definitely needs changing IMO.

That difference in xps has never been touched. The only thing changed was the factor of which a monsters hitpoints level is multiplied with. Going from ~6.8 to straight 7.0. So this isn't a cause of the update, the difference has always been like that!
