I am sorry, but you won't get a "refund".  You could have picked that item up on an alternate account, had a friend pick it up, or even managed to tele-tab out and run back to loot it yourself.

Teletabs work up to lv 30. I'm sorry but the drop won't be refunded. Did you manage to get out of the wall yourself by now?

Its a bug. they didin't worked(tabs). Yep Fate helped me,

We're already working on updates that are going to fix these kind of problems.
