The Void knight robe is obtainable from the Pest control minigame. It costs 2,616 pest-tokens and requires 45 Range, 45 Magic, 45 Strength and 45 Defence to equip.
Having the full void set (Void helm, Void knight top, Void knight robe, Void knight gloves) equipped you will either gain +15% or 30% accuracy bonus and +9% strength bonus, depending on if you have a regular void set or an elite void set equipped.
Besides the normal Void knight robe there are also the Elite void knight robes 
, which cost 3,045 pest-tokens. They require 60 defense to wear, have higher defensive stats, have different looks, and give an additional +15% accuracy bonus.
