You have a Statius's warhammer.

Statius's warhammer is a strong Ancient weapon obtained as a rare drop from the Spectral worshipper. It requires 78 Attack and Strength to equip. The special attack costs 50% of your special attack bar and is guaranteed to lower your target's Defence level by 10%, which stacks with consecutive special attacks on the same target.

Statius's warhammer has a similar corrupt version, which requires a lower Attack level, provides less bonuses, and loses its special attack.

Once used in combat, Statius's warhammer is no longer tradable and can only be repaired by using Ancient energy on it. Recharging it to full with the ancient energy will not make it tradable again, however. After 3000 hits, the warhammer will crumble into dust if not recharged.

Trivia

  • Along with the Bandos godsword, Statius's warhammer is the only weapon that can lower Defence. Despite the potential drop being much lower, it is always guaranteed, even on a 0.
