Corrupt Statius's warhammer is a spectral weapon obtainable as a rare drop from the spectral worshipper. It requires 78 attack and 20 strength to equip.

Corrupt Statius's warhammer, once degraded, becomes untradeable and can only be repaired by using spectral energy on it, with every 2 energy used giving one charge; repairing the spear completely will return it to its tradeable state. After 1,500 hits, it will crumble into dust if not repaired, or will turn into energy if lost in the wilderness. Players can upgrade Corrupt Statius's warhammer into its non-corrupt version with 3,000 energy, improving its stats and requirements and giving it a special attack but making it untradeable once again.
