You need 60 [[Smithing]] and 60 [[Runecrafting]] to smith Astral runes, giving 10 Astral runes per 4 rune essence and grating 40 Smithing and 40 Runecrafting experience. Astral runes can only be created by donator members by smelting 4 Rune essence in a furnace or with the spell Superheat whilst wearing an Astral tiara. Astral tiaras can be bought from Aubury's Rune store.
You need 60 Smithing and 60 Runecrafting to smith Astral runes, giving 10 Astral runes per 4 rune essence and grating 40 Smithing and 40 Runecrafting experience. Astral runes do not grant a multiplier when the player's Runecrafting level is higher than 60.
