The Rune warhammer requires an Attack level of 40 to wield. It can be obtained as a drop from Ice warriors. It can be purchased for 42,076 coins in Skulgrimen's Metal shop located in Rellekka. It can also be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 94 and 3 Rune bars and will grant 1,680 smithing experience.
