A Rune defender is obtainable by killing Cyclopses in the defender minigame at the Warriors' guild. This is the seventh defender you will be awarded with. After the Rune defender, you will be awarded with a Dragon defender. Equipping a Rune defender requires your Attack and Strength to be a combined level of 100.
