The Lvl-4 Enchant is a spell from the Normal spellbook available at level 57 Magic that can enchant any item containing a diamond gem by using 1 Cosmic rune and 10 Earth runes. These items are usually made by Crafting. The jewellery will generally get special effects afterwards.
