A Pheonix necklace is an enchanted Diamond necklace that will heal 30% of the wearer max health when falling below 20% of his total hp. These effects are disabled in the Duel arena when the no food option is enabled.
A player can craft a diamond necklace at level 56 Crafting, using a necklace mould, a Gold bar and a cut Diamond gem. You can also buy it at the jewellery store.
You can then enchant it with the Lvl-4 Enchant spell at 57 Magic to create a Pheonix necklace.
