The Barrelchest Anchor is a strong 2-handed weapon which requires 50 Attack and 60 Strength to equip. Its special attack is a very high damaging strike which takes a while to cast, the special attack costs a full special attack bar. The Barrelchest Anchor is only obtainable as an uncommon drop from Kree'Arra.
