Verac's flail is one of the various barrows items that is obtainable from the Barrow Brothers minigame. It is one of the pieces of Verac's armour set. The flail requires 70 attack to be equipped.

Verac's flail, like all barrows items, is a degradable weapon and will gradually degrade into a broken state while used in combat, possessing a total of 8,000 charges. It is only tradable when it is completely full of charges or completely broken. If the user dies and drops the flail, the broken version will be dropped. The flail can be repaired by Bob at any state for a coin fee of up to 300,700 gp (depending on how many charges missing).

Set effect

Verac's flail, when equipped with the rest of the set, will activate Verac's set effect. The set effect will give the player a 40% chance to ignore melee protection prayers as well as 75% of the target's defence.
