You have a Dharok's platelegs.

Dharok's platelegs are one of the various Barrow items that are obtainable from the Barrow Brothers minigame. They are one of the pieces of Dharok's armour set. The platelegs require 70 Defence to be equipped.

Dharok's platelegs, like all Barrow items, are a degradable armour and will gradually degrade into a broken state while used in combat, possessing a total of 8,000 charges. They are only tradable when they are completely full of charges or completely broken. If the user dies and drops the platelegs, the broken version will be dropped. The platelegs can be repaired by Bob at any state for a coin fee of up to 241,400 gp (depending on how many charges missing).

Set effect

Dharok's platelegs, when equipped with the rest of the set, will activate Dharok's set effect. The set effect will increase the player's strength bonus by a percentage depending on how many hitpoints they are currently missing: the less hitpoints, the higher the bonus, and vise versa.
